  • Verify all patient's insurance coverage & demographic information with insurance via call or insurance website.
  • Patient’s account with issues is mapped with appropriate status code.
  • Eligibility reports forwarded to corresponding site team
  • Front desk @ site location rectifies the invalid or missing patient’s account information.
